a) GAH! Unapproved hair changes! Don't you know that people are supposed to remain the same when I haven't seen them in a while?

The pictures sorta suck, but they can be read.
If you read enough of what James Randi writes, it gets sort of broken-record, so you can kinda guess the answers pretty accurately.

As it turns out, they sent me the wrong shirt. I generally only wear it to bed since it isn't as interesting as one would expect and doesn't really have a pleasing attitude. I often agree with the work James Randi does... it's just that his execution leaves a bit to be desired at times.
