confuseacatUPS first delayed my shipment by forgetting about it in a facility, and now they decided to route it from Syracuse to Buffalo and back to Syracuse again. *grump*
It should be a really small package. Maybe they couldn't put a proper label on it. Perhaps that caused UPS to have to deal with it manually thus causing the screwups.
