So not that I'm expecting people will actually ask me questions, but I figured I'd join those that were posting this just in case.

Feel free to ask me any three questions... absolutely anything at all. I promise to answer completely and truthfully. No questions are too silly or personal.

Then go and make a post offering to answer three questions from people.

1. So hon, how's ya love life?

2. What's the one place you would most like to be right now?

3. Why the hell did no one think of making a fork for so damn long?

1) Completely nonexistent. Which makes me sad.

2) Hmm... hmm... I don't really know. There isn't really one place I'd like to be. I guess someplace where there isn't physics homework or psych papers due Monday?

3) Hey forks (http://www.byu.edu/ipt/projects/middleages/LifeTimes/TableFork.html)were apparently in existence before the 1000 AD.

What's you favorite thing, ever?

What was your last dream that you can vividly remember?

What is your earliest memory?

1) Favorite thing? Clearly you meant a few of my favorite things. :-) I can't just name one. There's raindrops on roses, and...

I like being with someone you with whom you share a deep love, knowing they'll accept and care about you amidst all your faults and screwups and knowing you'll be there for them. There's technology, which fascinates me and just generally gives me plenty to be interested in. There's music, with it's excellent ability to express feelings and provide a often needed release of emotions.

So there's my top three. Love, technology, and music. And they probably go in that order too.

2) Last night, I had this really odd dream where my (maternal) grandmother was about to die. She was in a house far away from the rest of our family, and we were trying to pack up all our stuff and move to be close to her. If we didn't move fast enough, she'd die. I woke up before any resolution. (my maternal grandmother died years ago... which should have clued me into the fact that I was dreaming and I should have gone lucid. Bad me.)

3) Well there's plenty of stuff on home videos, but none of that counts. I remember a bunch of stuff from when I was in co-op, 2 years before kindergarten. I remember making strange marbleworks contraptions with my friend Alex, I remember singing disney's Davey Crockett with Justin Acamondo, I remember always being the first outside to the playground so I could get a swing, at which point I'd always get as high as absolutely possible. Fun times.

1) I was all happy hanging out with KDR because for the first time in my college life, I was surrounded by guys. They were interested in guy stuff, they talked with male points of view, and some of them were even computer geeks. It was so incredibly refreshing, as all of my close friends here are female. Not to say I don't have fun around girls, but seriously, would you ever expect a girl to go on and on to you about laser tag and how incredibly cool the guns with built in lcd displays were? Or to quote south park at you? So, a frat gives you interesting guys. Honestly, I really don't think I'll ever join one though. I don't drink, and that's basically a requirement. I also don't want to be stuck with these guys for the rest of my time at cornell. I want to choose my friends, not be placed in an extended family. So I think I'm going to wait it out until I can make friends with cool CS guys.

2) Hrm. I guess I'd have to say my deepest regret was not taking advantage of as much stuff at PA as I could have. I would have liked to have gone to Spain, I should have done hockey (but I didn't really know about hockey before... although I imagine if I tried ice skating that time at your house when Deidre gave us an extra pair of skates, I probably would have become interested in skating... although actually I'm not sure if I would have had any fun cause my back was hurting so much), I should have paid more attention in a few of the electives I took there like electronics and music theory, I probably should have stuck with more music stuff like orchestra. *shrug* But life moves on, and I'm not kicking myself too much about anything. I have very few regrets so far in life.

3) Truffles? Like the lindt kind? I actually overdosed on them here... They're about 30 cents each, and when you've got $500 a semester on a meal plan to spend on just snack food.... I had shopping bags of them... So, I honestly no longer like them at all. Any flavor. I might like some other brand though.
